Items not in stock (Built to order) usually ship in 8-10 weeks, and custom orders 10-12 weeks .

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of the return package receipt.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will be processed the same or following business day when received before 12:00 p.m. EST. Some of our larger built-to-order products can take 6-8 weeks to ship.
